I’ve been eating really clean lately and that means no sugar, dairy, gluten or alcohol. I do, however, follow the 80/20 rule, which means you are good 80% of the time and allow yourself a 20% wiggle room to indulge. So, every now and then I allow myself a nice treat and today was that day. Igloo Parlor is small ice cream shop that serves rolled ice cream made from organic ingredients. It is so good. My favorite flavors are the cookies and cream and hazelnut heaven (Nutella ice cream with Ferrero Rocher chocolate). If you are ever in the Sherman Oaks area you have to try them out.
