For the most part I would consider myself a healthy eater, but every now and then I get the weirdest cravings, especially for sweets. Yesterday I was craving ice cream loaded with peanut butter. The perfect combination would’ve been vanilla ice cream with chunks of Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups. On a mission to find a similar ice cream combination, I couldn’t find anything that would fulfill my bizarre craving. So, instead I decided to make my own concoction. It was the perfect combination of sweet, salty, chocolaty and oh so peanut buttery perfection. It totally hit the spot!

You’ll need Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, vanilla ice cream and chopped peanuts that are lightly salted.
Add a scoop full of vanilla ice cream on top of the Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup.
Place the another Reese’s on top of vanilla ice cream and roll the sandwich in the chopped peanuts. You’ll need to work quickly since the ice cream starts to melt. If you notice the ice cream melting, you may want to place it in the freezer for a few minutes before you start rolling it in the chopped peanuts.
Quite possibly the best idea EVER! Thanks for sharing! ~Blessings~
